Merge Neos Contacts with Outlook

We need a report or a way to pull ALL provider information into a CSV file that we can download to update all provider contacts in Outlook, or a way to merge Needles contacts into Outlook. We use Outlook contacts on our phones when not in the office and we need to call a doctor's office or adjuster. If we change their contact in Needles, we then have to manually change it in Outlook too. We should be able to merge them to keep them all uniform and updated. I can pull a report, but it only lets me download the regular phone number and fax number. Many times there are different numbers for billing or records. They may have an email and e-fax numbers. Nothing lets me pull all of the information over at one time.
