The ability to change the category color in Outlook if an appointment or hearing is canceled or postponed. If the calendar item is tagged to Neos and already has a category set to that color, not even a rule to change the color based on the word Canceled will change the color of the appointment in Outlook. You have to manually go to outlook and change it.
yes, having different colors would be so helpful to be able to quickly show what appointments are still open and which ones have been cancelled, etc.
