Subject Line in Messages

The Notes tab now has a subject column that fills in the subject of an email, notes, etc. but it would be nice to also have a block for Subject in the messages so that will show up in the column in the Notes tab, as well. For example, if we have 50 notes in the category of "Discovery" or "Trial," it would be nice to have a subject header for those messages.
