Many cases go in and out of litigation, and there is currently no way to remove the "in litigation" from the case header without deleting all auxiliary checklist items that are marked as litigation in settings. There should be a way to manually remove the "in litigation" from the case header, or make it so that when those auxiliary checklist items are marked "done" or "N/A", the case goes back to "Open"
We need this option asap I currently have 5 cases that this round of litigatoin is over, all items are marked done or na there are no aux checklist items open and the header says in litigation. in needles you had the option to change header to blue, then when get got into litigation again we added the aux checklist again and started over. We need to be able to change from litigation to open after each round is over.
