Ability to change Note Topic for all text messages system wide

Instead of having the note topic "text message" for every text sent to an outside number, it would be beneficial to be able to change the note topic name so that is changes system wide. Then users do not have to manually go into each text message note to change it to another topic that our firm uses in reporting.
