tell me the source of the internal server error so I don't have to guess which field to fix

I'm adding a new adjuster contact. I want to add his job title as matches his signature line. I add his name, phone, address, email, provider role, get ready to hit save and I get red internal server error and no idea which field is causing the problem I risk losing all my work while I hunt around to find out which field has too many characters.
