Make Scrolling Through Notes include all notes

If i have more than 50 notes, and I'm looking at note 9 of 50 and scroll back wards, I can't get to the notes before 1/50. If I exit the notes and go to the note right before 1/50, it says 0/50, and I can't scroll. I filed a ticket (214-961) on this, but it was determined that this is not a defect.

If this is a decision, i think it's a bad one. Exiting a note, scrolling down to another note, and opening that one, is a terrible way to try and review a number of notes at once. A spiral bound notebook would be more efficient because it would let me turn the page.
