Templates within the Record Requests and Documents tabs within all cases

When we have a signed form like a HIPAA, we will apply that form towards each provider once we are ready to request records and billing.

In the pdf form, I would like to use tags for provider name, address, current dates and such things. Then I would like to upload the signed template with those tags into the case that the client is a party in and specify which party that form (template) is supposed to be used for. Basically, client-specific templates. It would not be organizationally optimal to upload that template through the typical Template area for the general templates that are used for any case like LORs and LOPs, so that's why I want that "Party Templates" button right next to the "New Document" button.
