Tag and bill for email at same time

The current setup is that we use the NEOS Outlook add-in to tag the email, then open NEOS and manually bill for drafting or reviewing said email. It would be very helpful if that could be streamlined so that the plugin allows for emails to be tagged and billed for at the same time.
