Allow user to organize the order of "type" in case docs for their workload.

"Types" are organized alphabetically. Each employee may be in one area more than another, it would make their work more efficient to organize the types to suit their work than to have it be alphabetically. If your work is in something at the end of the alphabet, you may be clicking more all day long. Ex: attorneys may want pleadings to be first. Ex: Typist may want authorizations to be first.
