Ability to Lock Columns for User Defined Tabs like the Records Request

It would be nice to be able to lock the columns so that other users don't toggle certain data on or off. Maybe even grant it as a special permission to be able to lock it so they remain the same across other cases too.

    grid columns are user specific per case type--other users can't change your view.
