Return ability for partial Name search in "all" field

It seems as though I can no longer do a partial name search using the "all" field. This is how I've always previously searched. It doesn't work now, unless I put the entire client name in the "all" field. In order to search just using a partial name, I must now switch the field to "name/aka."
