Clean up the Phone/Communications Capability

In order to streamline our workflow, it would be beneficial if Neos:

• Made a pop-up of the phone log details after your phone call so you could assign and add notes, saving without having to go to the communications tab to do so

• Have the phone/communications section stop prompting for you to log calls which have been made internally with coworkers

• In the communications tab, have the filter remember your staff initials so you can always see yours without having to filter your initials every time you visit the communications tab
