Make the task code a required field, or if the user has a default rate, automatically populate the billable amount based on that rather than waiting for a task code to be selected.

When a task code is set, the rate is auto entered, and the billable amount is calculated but it is not a required field. It would be helpful to make it a required field OR to automatically populate the staff billable rate so it does not cause $0 billables where there should be an amount.
