Assigning checklists or auxiliary checklists to a specific user for all cases

It would be beneficial for the new premium texting feature if you could assign certain checklist items to a user. Then when anyone adds that checklist it auto populates to that user. Just like when you assign cases, you can assign specific people as primary, attorney, etc. This way, the checklist item can still go to the user you want it to go to but not have to have a specific staff assigned spot for them. Then they will not be alerted when there is a text message on every case.
