Have an indicator of who is working on the same tab you are and have 2 people save their options at the same time.

It would be very helpful if there was a way to determine if someone else was working on the same tab as you and your changes may not be saved, similar to the screenshot I attached. And also be able to have multiple people save their changes without having to refresh and lose all their data.
