Consolidate Value Items by Payee

There are often repeat payees for case expenses (like the state efiling system, or Lyft/Uber) that must be entered individually, making the value tab very long and cluttered on long litigated matters. Would be good if the system consolidated the value tab by Payee, so additional transactions could update within that payee, rather than as completely new lines in the value tab.
