Increase character limit for Payee names entered in Neos

The current character limit appears to be 35 characters. If the Payee has more than this we have to shorten the name as the Quickbooks integrator will not work correctly if the name is longer than 35 characters. We would either like this to be increased OR to have the ability to set the limit of this field in a mini directory.

We need this changed as we are entering payee names with the actual name of businesses, but they do not currently fit within the constraints of this field.
