Add the "ID Code" field as either a filter in advanced search criteria or as a column to be added.

The "ID Code" field is a default, standard field included on every case but we cannot use this field in our reports currently. there are other "ID" related criteria, but they all appear to be pulling a hidden ID code from the database isntead of this ID Code field.
