Add a spot for language spoken for our client to request an interpreter with Court

We have clients that speak Arabic, Spanish, etc. Its hard to remember which specific language they speak. I need this information so when we request a hearing with court (criminal), we also need to request an interpreter be available. I need to know which interpreter to request. They should have an option for Request interpreter and then a drop down menu for which language to pick or add from a list.
