Link Documents to the Linked Records of a Contact if the Contact selected in the Document "To" field

If you select a Contact in the To Field of a Document, it would be extremely helpful if that document would automatically be added or uploaded to the Linked Records section of the selected Contact. And also include the Case Name as a column option. (Similar to the Communications Tab in Trial Works Contacts tab).
