Neos: Tracking Edits to Notes on Activity Feed

It would be nice to show additions and deletions of notes in the Activity Feed. Similar to when a class code is changed, the activity feed will show the original note with a strike through, and the new class code.

This will allow us to better track note changes, to include the text that was changed.
