In Needles 4 and 5, it was possible to search a provided month and day range with no year range. This allowed users to generate birthday list's for specific months regardless of the year the client was actually born. This was made possible by searching a date range with a year of 0000 to year 0000. This feature is huge in Needles 4/5 reports, and should also be added to the features list for Neos.
Currently, in Neos, you are able to search date ranges, but the system forces you to specify the year range you wish to search, and this is not favorable for some reports a firm may be looking to make like Birthday Lists. You can select the year 1900, which will pull a month range for birthdays before the 2000s and ones that do not have a birthday set in the system, but for those who are born in 2000, or after the client cannot pull this information.
