Similar to the current 5.0 permissions to Others' Calendars, Intakes and Messages. We should have limitations to Others' Checklists to prevent people from being able to modify, delete, etc. checklist items assigned to others, but still allow them to modify their own
Including updating the status or changing the due dates on the checklist items.
