N5 Improvement: Ignore conflict schedules on calendar entries with "Cancelled" status.

#88704: Per Andy, the logging of calendar event changes is changing the events to "Cancelled" status, which can be very confusing for the user.

We should also ignore these "Cancelled" status entries when we're testing user's calendars for appointment conflicts.
