Providing a means for customers to pay your billing online.

Typically, online payment systems take far less of my time than the paper chase of paper bills demanding paper checks. I'm sending this from my wife's hospital room. If I could pay on line, I'd happily do so. Unfortunately, I don't seem to have that option.
