Able to save the change data prompt.

When entering data and not hitting save and then going to another tab it ask if you want to move on without saving the data; if we select yes it should save the data and move on to the next screen but no it comes back to the existing screen and you have to come back to the existing tab to save and then go to the next tab.

Concept: the prompt should say "do you want to save the item or no" not the other way around.
