NEOS: increase the number of characters for the note box in the case calendar tab

Need to increase the character of the note box in the case calendar tab. Currently its a 1,000 character limit. It should be atleast 2,500.

The user's use the function to add zoom link and zoom information.

The user gets restricted to only add the link and minor information in the box.
