Sync the Time Tab and the Value Tab

When a billable time entry is added into the Time Tab it would be nice for it to auto-populate into the Value Tab to prevent dual data entry. Creating a bill from the Time Tab does not provide an expense breakdown for the law firm's client to see what they're being billed for if a bill is added to the Value Tab.
