User would like entries in the negotiations tab to display chronologically

In the "Negotiations" tab, entries will not sort properly by date. For example, when sorting newest to oldest, it will sort each year newest to oldest, but does not place the entries in different years in the proper order. This makes it frustrating when trying to evaluate offers in chronological order.
