Email Reply in Neos - take email to the desktop outlook
When replying to an email inside Neos from the NOTE tab it automatically takes you to the internet outlook. It should be able to take you to desktop outlook.
Emailing NOTE inter office - need all staff emails to auto populate
After entering a NOTE into a file we almost always email to the attorney/staff who is managing the file. All of our inter-office emails should auto populate when you go to email it instead of having to type in the entire email.
Add a value tab for intakes to keep track of referred out clients fees
Having a value tab for intakes will make reporting easier as cases that are referred out will not have to be saved as a case in the referring firm's Neos and have those cases come up when reporting for actual cases open for the firm
Report with Case Listings by Class Code and can sort by Class Code and Party Names
create a report (without having to export to excel) with Case Listings by Class Code where you have the cases sorted by Class Code and Party Names in alphabetical order?
When adding vendors/customers the ID associated to contacts in Neos is appended to the name if there are duplicates. Having the "print name on check as" set to the contact name without the ID would save time.
