Birthday data merge

The new Needles 5 does not allow us to sync client birthdays by the date it comes up alphabetical. We send cards and it would be easier if it did like before and showed up numerically.

Neos- Ability to have a Status Tab

In Needles, the status tab was useful to keep track of only important information instead of viewing everything listed in a Case Facts report. Would love to see this feature added to Neos.

Changing the case field name does not update the locations where it is currently used. It would be nice if it pushed the update out.

Neos - Remove the Address from being required

Currently in Neos, when adding a new intake an address must be added. The address is not always collected on the initial call with the client so would be nice to not see this as a required field.
