#89923: Currently, you must type all text in one row, which is very tedious and inconvenient. Adding more rows would make the intake notes much easier to type and read.
Cloud: Negotiations Tab Shouldn't Require Carrier and Adjuster Information.
You should not have to fill in the carrier and adjuster information each time in the negotiations tab. You should be able to select them from a drop down of some sort that ties back to the insurance/counsel tabs.
separate permission to remove/delete the special flag note on a case
It appears to be the same as the general notes. Some staff should be able to delete/remove the special note but not delete regular notes. If someone doesn't have permission to delete notes it doesn't allow to use the clear on the special flag note...
It would be nice if you could get more information at a glance from the calendar items, especially on mobile. At the moment, in order to see the notes on a calendar item, you have to open the edit section of the calendar item.

Neos - Need to be able to email Birthday cards to specific month date ranges
Currently, the only available method for birthday cards is to export a report and use the CSV to do a Word Mail Merge and print to mail cards. This is needed for email ability. Need to be able to send birthday emails to customers.
