Create a prompt or action in Needles that sends a message to a user whenever a new case is created

When an intake is assigned to a staff member a notification will pop up and a sound plays. It would be beneficial to have the ability to apply to new cases. Having some sort of message be sent to staff 1 or a pop up window would help..
