Allow renaming of attachments when tagging from Outlook Add-In

When tagging an email with attachment, and tagging the attachment, it would be useful to have the option of naming/renaming the attachment from the Outlook Add-In. As it is now, after saving you still have to make a separate trip to the Neos brows...

Auto tag emails to notes

I wish there was a way for neos to automatically tag emails to a case - even if it could just tag the replies thread to the case in neos instead of having to tag every email every time.

Neos: Tag Email - have the ability to see if someone else has already tagged an email you are included on

This will prevent duplicate tagging, as well as save the users time if they know someone else has already tagged the email.

Bring back GROUP in the value tab.

Bring back GROUP before we have to change software. This makes our work 10 times harder.
