Neos: Value Tab Layout. Prevent resizing of the column widths

Same as the column order is remembered, the column size preference should be saved per user per case type. When you resize the columns, then open a value entry, and then go back to the list view, all of the column sizes reduce.

Text Notifications

Allow the user to have e-mail notifications sent when a text is received rather than only being alerted inside of NEOS as you can with calendar, messages, etc.

Please - TAKE AWAY the auto-generated documents when marking a task done.

We don't always need to generate a document when we mark a task done. We used to have the option to generate a document and now we don't. Extremely frustrating to have to X out of the auto document. Change it back!
