Neos: Please add an option to condense the size of a Name field

Provider Information - More info when searching from tabs

Add ability to pull in more information when searching for a provider on a tab so you can see additional info about that provider. Also allow ability to see more information on the actual tab about the provider (like notes).

add the Ideas & Enhancements as part of the Service Portal / Support Portal

I had to ask a few people to get access to the Ideas & Enhancements and feel like it should just be a button on the Service Portal / Support Portal to promote ideas from more people.
