Changes Needed to the Intake: Currently the Intake questionnaire details are lost when you convert the intake into case. The Intake Packet should be saved to the Intake tab to see the entire intake packet including the questions and answers that we added to the intake. It is absolutely terrible that we lose this data when we convert it to a case.
Avaya IP Cloud should be offered as an integration with Neos in addition to ring central. Avaya runs off of Ring Central, so this should be an alternative if a firm would like to use additional phone services.
