Especially for Business Clients where they have multiple cases it would be very useful to have the case name show up in the search.
Previously it did show the case name on the card when searching now you have to click on the actual case to pull up more information and it is definitely more time consuming
We could use better results searching for specific cases involving the same client, such as the name of the case showing up in the searches. The assigned Neos number does not add much to our efforts. Thank you.
