A very large percentage of our calls, and thus messages, are from Insurance Agents.
I would like to be able to open the insurance tab for a case, select the record and then press a button (in the record?) which creates a message that defaults to the primary attorney (Staff1), from the current provider (Adjuster) about the client.
This would both speed up and simplify message taking from these individuals.
