I think the default search in the email tag should be Name, not email. I would never be able to search for anyone's email and always use the name.
Another suggestion to tag into this would be that when you list the cases after searching that you show the attorney assigned to each case. We sometimes will have different attorneys handling different cases for the same client and it makes it difficult unless you know the case number, which we have too many to remember all of them.
I also think that the drop downs should be text boxes that you can type in versus having to scroll through the topics. I think it should also be more of a send and post type of thing as it was in 4. There are almost too many steps to post an email. Or make it so that if you click an email out of Neos, it auto searches back to that case to post, as it was in 4.
