Ideas & Enhancements
An attorney or supervisor can create a checklist item when reviewing a file for the assistant/paralegal and once the task is set they would be able to email that task directly out (like a note).
This might be available with Neos Pro Workflow automation but not as people using it would want. Like the to field should have staff roles as an option to email.
