The functionality to have the newly generated emails be automatically tagged to the case in which it originated.Similar to ideas 700 and 710.
WHY CAN'T NEOS HAVE AT LEAST THE SAME FUNCTIONALITY OF NEEDLES? NEEDLES HAS AUTOMATICALLY TAGGED EMAILS GENERATED FROM THE CASE TO THE CASE FOR 20 YEARS!
