CLOUD: ability to send document straight from the document tab
The client want to be able to send document straight from the document tab. If they are able to do document send then it should be able to send documents via email as well rather than downloading it and then attaching and sending it.

Need easy to use List function in template documents
There needs to be an easy to use list function in template documents so that we can easily total up medical treatment/amounts due/date of treatment or case expenses easily - which we could do in previous versions of non-cloud needles.
