Neos - Searching for parties with the same name and initial is ambiguous

When parties have the same name and middle initial, the search results look identical. Unless you know case numbers by heart, you would have to open each case to see which is the right case for the party. More context information in the search are...

Cloud - Use email or name in Outlook email to search and tag in case

When tagging email to case, you have to manually type in name or email, but would be nice if it will automatically find a case based on the email or client name in the subject line.

Cloud - Send Message from Case

In previous versions of Needles, you could send a message from the cases from the case tab. In Neos, you have to open up a message and then link it back to the case. It would be nice to have the "Send Message from Case" option back.
