Currently with our integration, we still have to have Ring Central open along with the app in Neos because we cannot fax through Neos. It defeats the purpose of this integration if it cannot fully function as Ring Central.

There is no way to tell which calendar events/reminders have been cancelled or done without opening the event. In Needles 5, the event changed colors to indicate status which made it easy to see right away and prioritize.
Currently, our users cannot differentiate between an open, closed, cancelled (etc.) appointment in Neos. Please add color based on the status of the appointment as it existed in Needles 4 and 5.
