Sort by Name in the Advance Search Feature

You can sort by most columns, but can't sort by name. If you're looking for a particular party you have to export the report, which wastes time.

Default E-Mail

You should be allowed to choose a default e-mail address or move them around to change the default similarly to how you can with the phone number. It's common for clients to have multiple e-mail addresses.

Litigation Identifier

It would be nice to be able to mark a file as in "litigation" manually instead of only being able to do so with an auxiliary checklist. In Needles 4 you could change the banner from red to blue manually, but you can't seem to do that with NEOS.
