permit email address groups; we can do this for messages, why not emails ?
such as: all opposing counsel; judge and opposing counsel and clerk; all clients; staff and cocounsel; these are just some of the normal groups we email every day; why should we have to manually recreate this wheel all day long ?
make Neos message pop ups appear over all applications and stay longer than a mere few seconds
I miss Neos messages all day if I spend 80% of my time in other applications, word, email, the web, adobe, etc... and devoting even part of one of my screens in dormant fashion just so I can try to catch the Neos message pop up is a huge waste of ...
Neos Messages: Have an option to make the font size larger.
In msg there is currently no way to make the font size bigger. Firm thinks it would be a good idea to make them bigger so they don't have to zoom in on the browser.
Multiple document generation to include user defined tab such as records/ request
Currently we can only generate multiple documents for parties and providers. User would like to be able to do this for user defined tab such as record request. So they don't have to go one by one
The preview pane the pops out of the right side of the search window when you click on someone doesn't show the full address in the "Address" section. It only shows address line one.
NEOS - Modify the Size of Sections on Needles Today
Currently no ability to modify the sections that exist on Needles Today or what size they are. In Needles 4 and 5 you could turn on and off the Calendar or Checklist Summary sections.
Calendar - make the appointment the full color of type
The super small color circle next to the appointment name is not very useful. Please make the entire appointment box the color of the appointment type like in Needles 5.
Ability to move tabs/sections up and down for example allowing users to put accident information first, medical information section, case expenses 3rd and allow the users chose with order they want things to appear
