Neos - Add a setting where you can choose the default view for the case docs tab
A customer suggested that in Neos you can set the default view for the case docs tab to the folder view so he doesn't always has to choose the view every time he goes into a case.

The new timer feature can only be on and starting every time a case is up or turned off entirely. Is it possible to add a setting to let cases have the timer but not automatically start a timer? Maybe even on a case-by-case basis.
Allow changes made to the staff assignments setup to save without closing the case type tab
When a user changes the order of the staff roles in the staff assignments they must close the tab and reopen it for the order to appear as changed. There should be a way to apply that change without closing the case type tab.
Having the police department information in one place is fine, but if we could actually attach the crash report to the Police tab it would be easier than it being lumped into all documents and having to be searched for.
