Ability to Overwrite and Replace existing Primary Checklist
When copying a primary checklist for a case type, an option to overwrite and remove the existing checklist items would be great for creating new checklists for existing case types.

Emailing notes - have Neos suggest recently used emails because currently it's only emails of parties or providers suggested in the case but if you want to use a coworker or other frequently used email you have to type it out.
Have the option for permission group permissions to override individual selected permissions.
User made the selection for there to be an option for permission group permissions to override indv selected permissions. Because it can be challenging to go back and click inherit on every staff profile permissions section.

Currently if you want to integrator neos with QuickBooks you have to have a windows computer since the installer is windows based. Or a vm/parallels with windows running on a mac. User would like to be able to install the integrator on his mac
Allow anyone to schedule a consult on your calendar themselves.
this would be helpful to allow third party answering services to schedule consults or potential clients without having to call the office, etc. many people just want to book a consult without having to call the office.
It would be very helpful if I could get an email of any Neos messages when I am not signed into Neos. This is one feature the old Needles program had that was very helpful. Please add this ability.
